I arrived at the service and did not see the arrangement I ordered. I spoke to the staff and it was about 45 minutes into visitation before they found the flowers I ordered in back in the flower room. It should have been there before the beginning of visitation.

I did not see the flower basket in person. My husband sent me photos. The flowers looked fresh and beautiful. I love all the different types of flowers and all the bright colors. The butterflies 🦋 were an added touch. Thank you for delivering right on time.
