I received a photograph from the family of the recipient. It was lovely, though not quite as pictured. After I had placed the order, I was notified that the florist did not have the orange lilies and would use a substitute of yellow lilies. I asked for sunflowers, they came back and said yellow lilies. The arrangement arrived with yellow spider mums and not yellow lilies and there were some blue Larkspur and white stock along with orange roses. It did turn out very pretty, but not as shown.

On line, this arrangement was full and beautiful. In person, it was small and definitely not worth the money. Disappointed and ashamed that it had my name as the sender.

I was skeptical prices would anvemotional ripoff as vs many B end of life products and services are. But the prices were reasonable and the selection read m plenty. Ordered a bright colored bouquet and planted a tree somewhere in the world for our departed. Communication was prompt and accurate.Thank you

The arrangement I ordered to be delivered to the funeral was not delivered. I received a delivery confirmation as if it had been delivered but the following day I received an email saying it hadn't actually been delivered and my order was on hold. Instead of trying to make it right by suggesting a delivery that day, Saturday, they proposed a Monday delivery. I had to request it be delivered on Saturday.
